A. Time Limit for Returns
Items must be received back within 30 days from the date of receipt as per the logistics information.
B. Product Condition
- Returned items must be unopened and in their original, undamaged packaging. Any items that have been opened, damaged, or modified in any manner will not be accepted for return.
- All components, accessories, and documentation originally included with the product must be returned intact.
C. Pre – Return Consultation
No returns will be accepted if the item is sent back directly without prior consultation with our customer service team. Please reach out to us before initiating any return.
D. Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, regardless of the reason for the return.
E. After – Sales Warranty
The after-sales warranty period is 30 days from the date of package receipt (as indicated by the logistics information).
- In case quality issues such as breakage or incompleteness are detected during the warranty period, please contact our customer service immediately and provide clear, high-resolution photos of the defective item. After verification, we will arrange for a replacement.
- Do not discard the product or its packaging until the issue has been fully resolved.
F. Multiple – Product Orders
If you order multiple products, they may be shipped from different warehouses in separate packages. In case you receive a package with an incorrect quantity of products, rest assured that the remaining packages will be delivered subsequently.
G. Refund Method and Restocking Fee
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. However, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the item’s price.
- The refund processing time ranges from 1 to 5 business days, depending on the payment method used.
H. Additional Notes
- Please thoroughly inspect the items for damage before opening the packaging.
- Each order is eligible for only one after-sales service request.
- If the product is in good condition but does not meet your expectations or desires, replacement, return, or refund will not be provided.
II. Return/Refund Process
A. Initial Contact
- Please send an email to our customer service team. We will respond as promptly as possible and provide you with the correct return address.
- In the email, clearly indicate the following order details: your full name, order number, and a detailed reason for the return.
- Do not return the product to the address printed on the original package, as we will not be able to receive it at that location.
B. Packaging the Item
- Place the item back in its original packaging. The packaging must be in good condition, and the item should remain unopened to ensure its resale value.
C. Shipping the Return Package
- You may choose any carrier for the return shipment, but the package must be sent back within 30 working days.
- After sending the package, please provide us with the tracking number and the corresponding logistics tracking website so that we can monitor the return progress.
D. Receipt and Refund Processing
Once we receive your return package, we will thoroughly inspect the condition of the item and its packaging. If the return meets the specified conditions, we will process the refund to your account accordingly.
